How I wish you came to Cecil County! Absolutely LOVE this practice! Dr. Kristen is phenomenal and her staff is top notch! I know they always do what is best for the patient. Being mobile, I know sometimes she can run late, and each and every time I have been notified of it. This is top notch service if you ask me and with the amount of animals I have, I know good vets! Keep doing the great job you do, both myself and my animals appreciate you everyday!
I scheduled an appointment for 4 PM. I arrived and the van was not there. I called and was told that Dr. Vance had an emergency and would be delayed for a long time. I asked why would I not be notified of this, and the person answering the phone said they "tried " to let me know, and insisted they called but did not leave a message (why??). My phone log revealed that there was no call made. They continue to lie and insists they made a call. I was able to look back on our phone log and see that she had indeed called your number. I apologize that you did not get the message. We certainly try to catch you before you made the journey to our office because we don’t want people to be in convenienced but part of the problem being mobile is that we do sometimes end up with emergencies that make us run late. When this happens we do our absolute best to get in touch with clients and get them rescheduled as soon as possible.
Horrible! Please don't have your animals teeth done by them!
We want to thank Dr. Vance and her wonderful staff for helping our Dachshund Kya in relieving her back pain.We truly thought that it would be surgery or worse but after Xrays, Dr.Vance had a plan.Kya would need a series of laser therapy treatments.We have seen improvement almost immediately and her activity level for a 12-year-old Dachshund has been greatly improved from her treatments.We highly recommend Homeward Bound Veterinary Services for all your pet needs.They are truly wonderful caring people who care for your pet an... read more
