We recently switched to Homeward Bound from a very large and well known practice in Baltimore. We have three large breed senior dogs who have some of the usual senior dog issues. I have been completely impressed with the promptness of the staff to respond to inquiries for appointments and med refills, the efficiency of keeping appointment times as scheduled and their genuine concern and care for my dogs, even as new patients. Dr. Vance and her homeward bound mobile vet service has been a godsend to our rescue (Little Paws Dachshund Rescue). Professional and quick service. When most vets have been backed up for months during the pandemic to do dental cleaning and spay & neuter Dr. Vance fit us in on short notice to get the rescue pup what was needed. I would highly recommend her practice. The service we have received and prices are excellent for top notch veterinary care. Thank you 😊
Dr. Vance and the entire staff at Homeward Bound are wonderful! They were exceptional in an emergency situation—not only fitting in a new patient, but even staying late to take care of our pet. They were loving and thorough, and their fees are more than reasonable! Best vet in Harford County!
