Very detailed inspection, well explained
Bill was my home inspector and he explained the whole process to me at the start which put me at ease. At the end (about 2 hrs) he very professionally went through and explained all of his findings good and bad, and gave me a copy. In the future I will use Homeward Bound Home Inspections and recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Bob Wood at Homeward Bound did a great service for us with our home inspection. He was efficient, thorough and took the time to clearly explain all his findings to us. He identified areas of immediate concern as well as general maintenance advice. I was able to use the inspection report to negotiate several thousand dollars in seller concessions so the report paid for itself and then some! I will definitely be calling them again for our next house.
Vince did a great job on our Home inspection. He gave me many helpful tips to improve things, things that passed inspection but that I could just make better with some effort. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable.
