RecommendedBill Wood did a fantastic job inspecting a lake property that I was interested in purchasing. Extremely knowledgable, and thorough. He got into areas that I thought were not penatrable, and was able to assess those areas of the home. He knew all the codes on the lables of the appliances so he was able to tell how old they were. He was very likeable and would explain what was happening, and what if any action I needed to take as a future homeowner. Highly recommend this company.
We had Marc come to a home that we were in agreement to buy. He showed up early, was quick and incredibly thorough and put together a very clear and concise document of which he presented to us at the end of the inspection. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we asked questions. This was our third home inspection with this company and I will use no other company for these things. Highly recommend!

Worked with Marc Anderson as my home inspector on two different inspections now, first house had too much wrong with it so backed out. He was very professional and broke down all the items he found on the inspection into categories for stuff that needs immediate attention, significant/expensive items that may or may not need immediate attention, and then smaller items that should be addressed at some point but are also not very costly. Homeward Bound's inspection of the home that I was purchasing was extremely in depth. The inspector, Bob Wood, not only took the time to include the details of his inspection that his report required, but also made sure to point out other notable issues he spotted and even made suggestions to improve the longevity of certain aspects of the house.
