In an area where high employee turnover, staffing shortage and employee burnout is common, Homeward Bound is the exception. They have a core of long-time employees that provide hospital-level care to their residents. I have so much admiration for the staff at Homeward Bound because they give their residents the service and dignity that we all deserve.
