I bought a home that homeward had for sale.. Homeward hired a contractor to do some of the repairs. The contractor gave them a list of stuff that needed to be done. They agreed to less than half of the really big items that needed to be completed like siding, gutters, and other things. I know for a fact that homeward got a report from the owner that stated the house’s Roof Was eight years old they sold the house stating that the roof had just Been replaced in 2021, which was a lie!!! If I could I would put no stars !!! They are scammers. They lie they don’t go by the contact. They don’t do what they say there doing . On top of that they take down all the up grades you do on your house . To put nothing itn its place .
