If I could give 0 and still post a review I would. Our drivers were not even allowed to check in. They were held up by construction which made them a late arrival. Corporate never provided information that was necessary to the property. No one at the property answered the phone. Corporate tried to say it was because it was after hours amd when I explained that it was 3 hours earlier they could do nothing but make excuses and give me yet another phone number to call "tomorrow". **Read bottom separate part for overall answer, otherwise here's the experience** I have never EVER made or wanted to make a Yelp review about anything. But this place just tops the cake for worst apartment building EVER. We rented two NO SMOKING rooms, when we showed up they gave us two smoking rooms and told us we needed to wait till 3:00 PM so then they can clean the room. I had a Horrible experience at this location on top of Not having hot water for 3 days and having to beg to be moved to a different building being told that no one in my building had hot water and no one else was complaining...the owner took it upon himself to fix the hot water issue instead of calling in proper maintenance to fix the issue which didn't work he left and went home was very patient until 11 o'clock that night until I was moved to a different building in the middle of the night they say they dont allow pets but... read more
