I had a very disappointing experience at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Atlanta – Lawrenceville. I booked a two-day stay, but I was told I couldn’t stay because of their pet policy. What makes this even more frustrating is that I personally saw another guest with a cat on the property, so the policy clearly wasn’t enforced consistently. Room is clean, full size fridge, 2 burner stove, small closet, TV, dresser, small table, quick and easy check in.
Made a reservation online. Get there to check in, no non-smoking rooms. Okay, that's fine. Oh no, no regular rooms either. NOT.ONE.ROOM even with a reservation! We have to scramble to find another room in a 'good' area! These other reviews are probably staff members or family. I've done over 300 reviews and I have no reason to lie about ANYTHING!! Fabulous property quiet and serene. Lots of trees and clean everywhere. Courtney is fantastically friendly and super efficiently fast at arrival and check in.
