Not a bad place to stay its quiet and clean.
This hotel is disgusting and the "staff" is even worse! Owner - can you not find friendly people for meeting with your clients?? Supposedly "Latoya" - probably not her real name is the general manager. The refrigerator didn't work, only one eye of the two eye stove worked. After being there for 3 weeks - we never even got house keeping. We had to take our own sheets to the front to be replaced by clean sheets - even then they didn't give us everything needed to make the bed. If I could, I would give this hotel ZERO stars. I was kicked out for a dumb reason. Completely irrelevant to my stay there. They said I was being unprofessional with my use of the word "shit." They were in my room taking pics of my "shit" (belongings in my room) instead of fixing my AC unit which I had called down to the office to get a MAINTENANCE MAN to my room for. Not front desk staff.. I also had already told them TWICE about our AC unit not working and it was well over 90° that week. Lawsuit? I could. But my choice of ... read more
If I could give 0 and still post a review I would. Our drivers were not even allowed to check in. They were held up by construction which made them a late arrival. Corporate never provided information that was necessary to the property. No one at the property answered the phone. Corporate tried to say it was because it was after hours amd when I explained that it was 3 hours earlier they could do nothing but make excuses and give me yet another phone number to call "tomorrow".
