Desk clerks are but medical staff must be over worked or something… last time i came here my spouse tested positive for flu i did not i asked for tamiflu because i am immunocompromised and wanted to prevent contracting her flu lady told me nope… but other urgent care have prescribed immunocompromised ppl with a chronic illness tamiflu for those same reasons so that was the first fail… today i was the only one in waiting room and i have been here in exam room for an hour sitting in an ice cold room still waiting to be examine... read more
