Staff is always been incredibly helpful and very friendly.
My experience with this clinic the Dr. Raymond Gruenther was very unprofessional when it came to my daughter care he was telling me to go to and another clinic for an X-ray he even ask my teen daughter when her last period was and I told him she’s a teen and she’s not sexual active even tho he wasn’t going give my daughter Victoria Palmer an X-ray . I just think he wasn’t trying to do his job on the X-ray that I had called before I came to hometown I’ll never be back
Bad businesss the window workers don’t do their job why do I have to scan my phone to sign in and being asked every visit for id and insurance . Workers sitting at desk will watch u walk in and not say a word at alll . Bad business and if we have to scan in to be seen there should not be no window worker idc shitty businesss never in my 8 years have I had to show my child’s insurance card every visit in the same building
The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. I was treated quickly and they answered all me question. I would recommend they to everyone.
