We had our eye exam in March 2023 and bought new glasses. No problem there. It's the service after the sale. 7 months later, my husband accidently knocked his glasses off his face and the little plastic string that holds the lens in on "frameless" glasses snapped and the lens popped out. Put all the pieces in a zip lock bag and took it in for repair. They said glasses should be ready same day - perhaps next day. Well, no call the same day.
