The self wash dog stations are too small for my 90LB dogs, the soaps did not lather well, and worst of all you cannot make an appointment. It is first come first serve, so you could load your dogs up, get them in the store and then have to stand around in line. It makes no sense. I cannot imagine how this is serving the customers. On the flip side, the staff are very friendly.

I had a great first experience with Dana, the groomer! Amos looks well trimmed and so clean! Dana has been there many years... She is caring and very accommodating. I'm thrilled to find a new groomer! Many thanks to Petsense! They also have a great selection of pet necessities and treats. Thank you, Dana! .

We had such a great experience with Shannon! It was our dog’s first trip to the groomer, and she did an amazing job. She trimmed him exactly how we wanted — he came out so fresh, fluffy, and absolutely adorable in his little fall bandana! Shannon was super easy to work with and had excellent communication throughout the process. We’ll definitely be back!
