I had a great first experience with Dana, the groomer! Amos looks well trimmed and so clean! Dana has been there many years... She is caring and very accommodating. I'm thrilled to find a new groomer! Many thanks to Petsense! They also have a great selection of pet necessities and treats. Thank you, Dana! .
We had such a great experience with Shannon! It was our dog’s first trip to the groomer, and she did an amazing job. She trimmed him exactly how we wanted — he came out so fresh, fluffy, and absolutely adorable in his little fall bandana! Shannon was super easy to work with and had excellent communication throughout the process. We’ll definitely be back!

Claim to have bathing station fully equipped. NO tables for brushing your dog before bathing, even tho the "instructions" tell you to brush your dog on the table before bathing. Also have no dry place to dry your dog even tho instructions say to dry your dog on the non-existant table. Water temp is too cold and you can't change it. Also can't control the volume of dryer air - waaay too forceful for small or nervous dog!
Wow! Shannon gave my Aussiedoodle the best haircut he has ever had! I’ve been to quite a few different groomers and have had some terrible experiences… Shannon actually listened to what I told her I wanted though, and she took the time to make sure it was done right. She even brushed his teeth to help with his stinky breath, and I couldn’t be happier! If you go to Petsense, be sure to ask for Shannon. You won’t be disappointed :)
