I woke up without heat in our home, Hometown responded quickly to my call and they made time to fit me into their schedule and had my furnace running again.
On time, efficient and courteous
I just purchased a new furnace and ac from Hometown Heating and Cooling. When my old furnace died, they came promptly the next day to access my system, and I had a new furnace within a couple weeks. The technicians arrived on time, and got it done in a day. They tidied up when they left and made sure all my questions were answered. Financing was easy to set up.
Hometown team, Stacey & Amanda handled my call in for service promptly. Justin and then Adam did the Trouble Shooting on my old furnace issues. The challenges continued. Next was Riley. He professionally explained the pros & cons of fixing the old furnace vs replacement. My wife & I felt certain that replacement with a 10 year parts &. labour warranty was the right decision. New furnace was installed the next day by two great professional technicians - Jason & Max. Thank you everyone. Great service !
