This is the best company I have ever dealt with. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They said they would be there at 830 and they were. In 2hrs heat pump istalled and ready to go. They showed me how to operate it and answered all my questions,, Simply the best

Outstanding company from top to bottom. Just had our Heat Pump cleaned for the 2nd time by HomeTown. The Service staff was efficient, thorough, and polite. Office staff was also outstanding in setting up our appointment insuring all went well. I know the company has experienced great expansion and growth over the last few years, with absolutely no growing pains. Their systems, paperwork, and service have even gotten noticeably better with time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone !!!

These guys are awesome. They didn't install our heat pump (a moonlighter from another company did) but we've called on them for service and two repairs. They are responsive, helpful, great to deal with. Their customer service rep, ********, is extra helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them! "

They installed a heatpump for us in late August and so far we love it. We will see how it goes for us during the winter months to see whether or not it saves us money versus oil heat. The gentleman that did the install was great. Very friendly and gave us plenty of information on how to operate it. The install went well and everything looks great. Yearly maintenance on our heat pump. Arrived on time. They did a proper cleaning, cleaned up after they were done. Great company, would recommend them for installation and service.
