Told me step by step as in what they were going to be doing. When I asked a question to one of them they answered it with no problem. The lady in the office was very nice as well. Hometown Heat Pumps came highly recommended and I can see why. Despite inclement weather, *****, ************ worked steadily and professionally throughout the downpours and had the installation, done and tested in a perfectly acceptable period of time. They cleaned up after themselves and ***** took pains and all the time I needed to explain the use and operation of the unit. I was encouraged to call him if I have questions or concerns. A rare and enjoyable experience!
