The doctors themselves have been great but the clerical staff is beyond lacking. I’ve called over 20 times in the last 2 months trying to get my husbands cpap prescription updated and every time the lady that answers has given me attitude. They said for weeks they sent the referral of the cpap machine to Hobbs medical, so I called Hobbs to check, they never received it.
