My father contacted these people sometime in September to sell our home they came out inspected home and we never heard from them again.
My mother's house was hoarded, dated, had electrical issues, plumbing issues, roof issues, needed new windows and the deck needed replaced, and it was infested with mice and God knows what else and I had zero time to deal with all that. We are nearing the end of our agreement with Hometown. In order for me to sell my house, I had several things I needed to juggle. Nathan and team worked with my wife and I to make this process much easier than I thought it would be! These guys are great. Glad I called.
