Ive been to a lot of shops around Owasso and Hometown is by far the best. I am so glad to finally find a mechanic I can trust. Michael was very knowledgeable and fixed my car right.
i was very disappointed with the service that was provided at hometown. When i called about my car i kept getting the run around and no direct answers. I felt like i was on a roller coaster of lies. i waited a week and still got the run around. He even started to laugh at me on the phone...which is very unprofessional and tells me a lot about how he does business. I do not trust there service and i will NEVER go back to them again!!!!

Mike was very helpful and took the time to explain everything in details that I could understand. He was very upfront and forthcoming about what repairs were absolutely necessary and which ones could be postponed. He let me know how much he thought the repairs would cost and that was the price I payed when I picked up my vehicle. I took my car in for a brake job. We all know how a lot of mechanics want to do complete brake jobs including rebuilding the calipers. Mike took me around my car and showed me what needed replaced and what didnt and why. It was nice to have someone who treated me as I mattered as a customer. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Michael treated me very fair. He took the time to point out what I needed replaced and why as well as what did not need replaced. I think he is a very honest mechanic and would go back again!
I am so excited to have found a mechanic I can trust. Mike was also so knowledgable about what was wrong with my car. We all have had experiences were a mechanic tells you all kind of things are wrong with your car and it was hard to trust if they were telling the truth or just trying to sell you things you didnt need so they could make money.
