Hometime is a great rental company! We love our new place and our property manager is the best! We were with another rental company in Lethbridg and we did not like the way we were being treated as tenants. We are so greatful for making the switch to Hometime. They know how to treat their tenants well
An absolute disgrace of a rental company. They had my family evicted with ZERO warning. And then had the audacity to attempt to withdrawl funds 3 weeks AFTER the eviction. And no there was no rental agreement in place only month to month. This was following after renting there for 8 YEARS!!. Don't ever deal with Jody workman this the type of workmanship he shows ... absolutely disgusted 😤..
I have to rave about Jodi, property manager for hometime, and my building is 3950 23 Ave. I have never experienced a property manager as efficient as Jodi, NEVER!! Jodi from day 1 communication was clear, efficient, all information was passed on very quickly, appointments on time, and flexible to suite a change in appointment. Very disappointing experience. I completed the application process and was sent lease documents to sign. I received multiple messages encouraging me to sign the paperwork promptly, which made it seem like the rental was being finalized. After signing the lease documents, I was later informed that they had chosen a different candidate. The lack of clear communication was frustrating and caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.
