Very disappointed in the lack of communication, and very poor customer support. My carpets still smell like urine and nothing done in three months, thanks for nothing.
We rented a house for 1 year and during that year: - Water infiltrated the basement, a small area of drywall and floors were removed, we asked for discount on rent for the inconvenience and the owner decided to not renew our lease and sell the house, giving us 3 weeks notice to move. - The dishwasher broke twice because the first one was old and the second one was faulty, we installed 2 dishwashers for the landlord for free twice because their service tech was too busy. - The washer was out of service for 2 months.
