Very disappointing experience. I completed the application process and was sent lease documents to sign. I received multiple messages encouraging me to sign the paperwork promptly, which made it seem like the rental was being finalized. After signing the lease documents, I was later informed that they had chosen a different candidate. The lack of clear communication was frustrating and caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I've had the opportunity to work with Hometime on two different fronts; engaged as my rental manager and worked with them supporting the Moonlight Run. Both instances, they are professional, approach obstacles with creative solutions and are generally great people to work with. I appreciate their knowledge and perspective and are excited to continue working with them. 10/10, highly recommend.
