We rented a house for 1 year and during that year: - Water infiltrated the basement, a small area of drywall and floors were removed, we asked for discount on rent for the inconvenience and the owner decided to not renew our lease and sell the house, giving us 3 weeks notice to move. - The dishwasher broke twice because the first one was old and the second one was faulty, we installed 2 dishwashers for the landlord for free twice because their service tech was too busy. - The washer was out of service for 2 months. Jason was really great and professional. Always there to support us.
The place is really a great place. We are still living at and plan not to leave the place any soon. The company is great and most of the agents/ workers are nice and humble. However, we are having the worst experience with Teresa Byam. She is a very horrible and a very mean person. She has very poor communication and human interaction skills.She lacking empathy, understanding, and zero emotional intelligence. This management company has shown a consistent lack of professionalism and accountability. Especially their brocker who has been caught in blatant lies. Their handling of building operations is poorly organized, and both brokers and managers often demonstrate limited problem-solving ability, responsibility and responsiveness.
