RecommendedThis team made buying a home in the middle of an enormous amount of family turmoil a relatively painless experience. From previewing properties so that our search time was not wasted to recommending a lender who specialized in self employed income to contacts for packers and home contractors to do repairs on the house we were moving out of. They really are full service and I couldn't recommend them more!

Laurie went above and beyond to help us find the right home for us. She was very straightforward with us, and she was on point with evaluating value in prospective properties with regard to price. Would definitely recommend!
The communication from Hometeam405 was poor at best. We would not hear from them for days and then we would call for an update and they would have a ton of information or want to work on something, but we had to initiate it every time. Additionally they represented us at closing, as we had moved, and the final documents were wrong and they had no idea. If you are wanting an experience where you feel valued and included, I would NOT recommend using Hometeam 405.
Best realtors ever! Laura helped us buy our beautiful home in Steeple Chase and when we moved overseas to Japan she and Laurie worked diligently to help us sell it quickly. Can’t say enough good things about these ladies!
