Chuck and Joel were so comforting as I was very nervous on the inspection of my first ever home. The inspection was very detailed and they took the time to explain every single item. They answered my questions thoroughly and even put themselves in my shoes for what to do with the repairs needed. I couldn't recommended them enough.
Do not recommend Rodger and his company! Several items marked as non working were in perfect working condition! also found some issues that were missed during the inspection one being broken window latches, could have gotten this fixed so my kids could be a little safer in their rooms! when Rodger Goodman was confronted via email and the satisfaction survey they asked me for, he became very defensive in his email and refused to work with myself or my realtor I'm coming to a reasonable conclusion to the issues at hand! will n... read more
