Homestead Road's Senior Home Sales Advisor Sunil **** was our first contact when we looked to sell a deceased relative's home which had significant interior damage. Sunil gave us a very knowledgeable and professional explanation of the process and the issues that Homestead Road would take care of. After receiving positive comments from two friends that used Homestead Road, I decided to go with them to sell my house "as is" and Kim Gambill did not disappoint. Kim was responsive to my calls and questions, she called to check in and kept me informed throughout the process. Kim provided a stress free and professional experience, which was very much appreciated.
Kim Gambill was very helpful in the purchase of my Mother's home. She was especially helpful with the probate process. She was very easy to work with.

I had a very good experience with Homestead Road and the pleasure of working with Kim Gambill. Kim was great.
