About this business
30 Years of Classic American Comfort Cooking. As of 2010, the original owner returned and has restored the barn to it's former glory. There was a point in time when the business was leased out that we feel from grace. Since the original owner returned everything we were famous for has returned. We have a loyal following for Breakfast but we are gaining popularity with the Dinner crowd since we started opening for evenings. We offer free home made dessert with Dinner which can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and check us out!

Food was great, Service was excellent, definitely will return again. The only bad thing was the tables in the back room need some sort of barrier between them...
Our food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We were impressed and look forward to visiting again soon.
This use to be one of our favorite places to eat jn Tacoma. We went yesterday and found that Aisans took over, the service was absolutely horrible. They crammed my breakfast on a small plate, so everything was smashed together. Hardly anyone in restaurant yet service was very slow. Probably will not go back.
Haven't had a meal I didn't enjoy! Will be back for many years.
Absolutely amazing! Great service and good food. It's was the perfect blend of coming by to check if we needed anything without being annoying. The portions were big enough we had a good amount of leftovers to bring home. We will definitely be going back with the entire family.
The staff at the Homestead are so kind and generous with their time and attention. Besides having good home style cooking, they have good home style care! I take my dad (85yrs) and the staff plus the ownership, make us feel really special!
