I got screwed over by Cave Springs Apartments about a week before I was supposed to move in, and had to find another place STAT before school started. Found an available unit with Homestead and basically had to blindly apply. I was a bit apprehensive about it, but Vinny at the office was very kind and helpful through the whole process which left an excellent first impression.
