Management is unresponsive and outright hostile. (my own experience). Complaints are ignored. The former superintendent verbally abused several tenants for over 8 years. We all complained, but nothing was done. I seemed like someone was protecting him.
Carol is the worst person to meet at the rental office.
RUN WHILE YOU CAN! This place is probably the worst of all places in Toronto. They take 3 days to fix clogged washroom sink. Worst management! I don't know why the owners don't act
Infested with cockroaches and mice. The appliances, like the stove and fridge, are in terrible condition, and they won't replace anything. I absolutely do not recommend moving here.
