As previous tenants of 1615-283 we had to endure a very hard time for 2 years. the people in the upstairs unit work at home some hardware or some home business, banging, nighttime drilling, also children banging, keeping track of our presence at home, management is not resonsive, they think it is just the children playing, and advised me to contact police, and they are busy. I think it is very insensitive.
Do not rent here without first checking if the guy upstairs does banging, drilling type work day and night in his rental unit, has been a stressful 2 years. Management does not do anything. The level of insensitivity, utter disregard this tenant has for other tenants is antagonizing. I'm not exaggerating the problem. We only thought this sound is because of kids playing but this is him working wood or hardware in his unit and using kids much greater disturbance as a cover for it. This is not a one off.
