I want to love the Homestead....I keep going back hoping they will improve. No such luck. Had multiple visits to the Homestead throughout December and was disappointed every time. Cold food, dirty glasses, dirty silverwear, ridiculously small portions of steak on expensive steak dishes, hair in food. This is only the recent issues. Over the years its been bread ties in my salad, my husbands pizza NEVER getting made until the rest of the table had finnished eating, flat soda and more. RecommendedWent with my family for lunch to celebrate my retirement, the restaurant was super busy but our waitress was very attentive to our table of six! We celebrated with champagne! The lunch menu never disappoints and our black angus burgers were perfect! Tried the seafood chowder, will definitely get that again too! Homestead is our go to place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner when we are in Farmington.

Service Slow, 3 tables that came in after us got food before us. wait staff either not trained or don't care. We left before our food arrived, advised Host and his lack of concern didn't surprise me. Offered to pay for the Iced tea and they took my money.
This is easily one of mine and my husbands top picks for date night ! If you’re a salad person the blueberry pecan salad is amazing, my absolute favorite! My husband is over the moon for the steak gorgonzola and he is a very tough critic! This is establishment is the foundation to Farmington’s night life. Highly recommended!
