My sister moved in around 6 months ago and this place is AMAZING!! Kathy and Aime have been so sweet to us since we got here, and it’s really comforting. this place is easily a home away from home and i’m glad she was able to find such a terrific place to stay while i’m at UNCO! sko bears!

Found this place when I moved here from San Diego. The staff are so amazing and welcoming!!!! Huge shout out to my favorite front office people, Kathy and Aime! They have made me feel like a part of their family! And Anthony, the lead maintenance Man, is great too! BEST PLACE BY FAR!
I absolutely loved living here such a great deal for what you get. It’s quiet and I’ve never had issues with neighbors or anything! Kathy is such a great manager and is very easy to communicate with! I would definitely recommend this for a single person or small family!!
