Homestar Financial Fayetteville GA was a wonder to work with Retunda W. We were working with another lender, but they made errors on our paperwork and refused to change them. ****** Mortgage admitted the errors were on their part , but said they would not change them. Retunda had all of our paperwork completed, and we closed on our new home within 3 WEEKS!!! If you have an opportunity to work with Retunda you cannot go wrong.
I actually began my loan with another lender that happened to be highly regarded in their customer service and customer satisfaction reviews. My loan officer was Brandon ***. Kali was the 1st person I spoke to at Homestar. She was very nice, and got back to me with all the info I needed to provide in a very timely manner. Taylor assisted me with any other questions I had, and Rae was my processor and guided me through the closing process with ease. The only issue I had was that the closing date got delayed, and i wasn't notified until I actually called the office myself. Other than that, everyone at Homestar made my purchasing experience very easy. I would recommend them to anyone!
I thought experience was unique with the poor communication, pulling your credit, asking for personal information and then not calling you back but after reading the reviews I see this is very common with this company.
