Total dissatisfaction!! Took 3 months for them to complete a refinance. Made my first payment with over $2000 to extra to apply to my principal. They never applied extra amount to my loan and sold my mortgage to a different lender. Upon multiple attempts of trying to get my money there response is they no longer service this loan. 4 months after making the payment, I still havent received any credit to my mortgage. Big mistake using this company.
