I had my home inspected by John of HomeSpec this past July. I was very impressed with his knowledge of homes and how they work. He let me follow him around and was very pleasant through the whole process. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to show me where things such as main water shut-offs, electrical shut-offs and gas shut-offs were located.
