(1 star) 09/08/2021 The customer service is very poor to non-responsive and once you subscribe online, there actually no way to unsubscribe without calling customer service. The first few times I called to cancel one of the subscriptions, held for a few minutes and then got a message that they were in a "company wide" meeting but I should leave my name and number as someone would get right back to me. For two years I have tried to cancel my account with these people and they will not cancel it and keep changing my card 600/yr. Today I was charged another 600 dollars and they said, "its not refundable". It's billing for the upcoming year and I have received no services and yet they will not do a refund. Do Not Waste Your Money or time. These people are professionals scam artists.
Terrible! They took 599.00 from my credit card. I took a promotion for 1 year and never could understand how the platform worked. During the promotion period I called in on a recorded line to cancel the promotion subscription, they even had the wrong address I used for my business at the time. The man whom I spoke with told me that since I had already paid I would still have the promotion for a year and said it would not renew again. I have told them the account with them was canceled and to stop sending email reports to my email account but I'm still receiving these. They seem to not understand canceled, this is fraud them showing me as an active Realtor when I have told them I'm not active in real estate, I have changed career's.
