They need to get a negative review. They are horrible. I had a horrible experience in January 2022. In late February I met up with a manager in Las Vegas and his assistant, Darryl. Promises of fixing it led to phone calls, emails and appointment requests that went no where. Both of these gentlemen (for lack of a better word for them) told me I could be refunded if it didn't work out. LIES!!! I was charged $999 to start it. This was the monthly fee. Horrible company. Pretty sure the lead service is completely fabricated. They didn't send me one viable lead within the areas that I actually paid for and specified. I did everything the rep recommended to increase my profile. I got nothing but hang up scam calls that were then marked by Googles system as "missed calls" so it down rated me. When the pro+ services came up for renewal, I did not get a single notice of the impending automatic renewal so that I could cancel. Impossible to cancel membership or to get to anyone. I have sent numerous emails and called 1800 number they provided, without any results. I tried to dispute with my credit card and Homesnap asked me to remove the dispute and show them the letter that i am not disputing the charge. Bunch of scammers.

Realtors, whatever you do, don't work with these people. You will be broke and disappointed. I cancelled a program which I had already told the HOMESNAP agent Step, I was cutting costs. She then signed me up for a program and have taken over $7000. of my hard earned commissions. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

The HomeSnap Pro + Concierge Service for Leads are a complete rip-off. They promise the world and do not do what is told. They use old leads, They have not advertised us on Google or Google discovery as promised. Instead of fixing issues, They ignore you and do not reply. They basically take your money and do nothing. I paid in full for Homesnap Conceirge for one year. They said that they would walk me through setting up my account which started December 2021. I set appointment after appointment that not one single rep showed up for. No returned calls. No returned emails. Finally, the end of February, James sat with me to go over setting up my account. I was told that I would receive a refund for the 2 months that I did not receive, or I could cancel and move on. Now, no credit, no refunds and absolutely no call back. Nothing. Absolutely the very worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 34 years of been in the real estate business. I’m a broker and owner of a Berkshire Hathaway HomeService. I entered into a contract based on presentations and promises provided by Homesnap Sales team. The cost is $546 a month for 12 months.
