Young Kim was amazing through every step of the selling process! She toured our house as soon as we told her our plan to sell and gave us a to do list to get started on making it ready. Before we even moved out she had a list of contractors and repairs ready to go for the day after we were scheduled to move. She was very involved and checked on the progress of our home every single day to ensure work was going as planned and was to her level of satisfaction. My sister and I had to move our father into assisted living in April and immediately began the process of getting his condo ready to put on the market. If I could give a lower score for HOMESNAP I WOULD! I signed up for HOMESNAP PRO and the next thing that happened was my most recent 10 reviews which I had worked so hard to get were deleted. Homesnap blamed GOOGLE and despite numerous attempts to get them back NO ONE LISTENED OR CARED TO HELP AT ALL!! DELETED MY 10 MOST RECENT REVIEWS MAKES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE HAD NO BUSINESS SINCE 2020 or 2019 DEVASTATED MY REALTOR BUSINESS!

Homesnap is terrible. They kept charging my card after I sent TWO emails asking them to cancel my subscription. I would never recommend this company to any of my real estate peers and will be sure to share my horrible experience with this company.

Fraudulent!! I signed up for a TRIAL period, when that trial came to an end they auto renewed my account with new policies and prices that I never agreed to!! When I attempted to cancel my account they told me I still have to pay $39.99 for another 8 months!! I never agreed to these new policies or pricing let alone a renewal!! This company is fraudulent!!
