Flo is an excellent RE Professional. We are out of town purchasers, and Flo worked around our schedule without exception. Flo handled much of the inspection process when we were not available and insured that we received excellent service. She is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable. She also was very prompt in providing answers to our questions, as well as throughout the contractual process and closing. We would highly recommend Flo to anyone looking to purchase property in the Pueblo area.

Flo was a GREAT agent, all the professional skills honest, integrity, knowledgeable about the business and much much more. She told us exactly what we needed to do and we did what she said and we sold our home for full asking price in three weeks. Flo did a great job of selling my mobile home in Pueblo West in what was one of the original neighborhoods there. I'm pointing this out as it makes it more difficult to sell homes there as most are much older than mine was and not in as large a size or in as good condition. My home was really in excellent shape but becaue of the neighborhood a tougher good dollar sale. We listed our home with Flo as the market was starting to recover last year but homes were still moving slowly. Still, we sold in about a month at about 97% of our asking price. When we asked questions, we got the answers we needed, not the ones we wanted. She was very clear and direct about the entire process. I trusted Flo 100% to walk with me through the selling of my Mom's house. Flo was great! I appreciated her numerous open houses to help move the house along.
