Flo was an amazing realtor. Im a first time home buyer and that experience can be daunting. Flo explained everything about buying a house, giving me accurate information about neighborhoods, and giving us good information on home values. She’s patient and doesn’t push you to buy a home. She truly wants you to find your dream home and I believe she did that for my girlfriend and I. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

I greatly enjoyed working with Flo (and her assistant Tiffany!) to find my new home in Pueblo County. Flo is extremely knowledgeable about the area and about real estate transactions. She is meticulous about the details. Flo is also super fun to work with, and I've never laughed so much at a closing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flo to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Pueblo County.

Flo did a a great job on both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of a new property. She worked with us closely to assure that the various aspects of our transition between the 2 properties were effectively carried out. This varied from assuring we secured financing early in the process to helping us with selections for our new property. Flo handled everything from getting necessary Contractors to fix up property prior to sale to expertly handling all things while we as sellers were in another state! We could not have found Another real estate person as great as her..!!

Flo is great! She explained the whole process to us and walked us through it all. She also gave us great advice. She is very professional and took care of all the little details. She made time for us around our schedule and recommended great local contacts and vendors. She's also bilingual, which was a great help to us. You'll definitely be in good hands with Flo!!
