Terrible service (better: lack of service)! Been with the Company since they installed the 2 AC units 17 years ago. They come once a year for routine checkups. Were great until one of the units broke ~ month ago. The technician said it couldn't be fixed. Called them, same story, basically wanted me to pay $$$$$ to replace and install a new AC unit.
