Saveun Kio was the best technician I have ever had repair my heating system. He efficiently diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan switch that prevented the gas pilot from lighting. He clearly explained how he diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. He also pointed out a 12.5 year old water heater's valve that had a small leak, and explained my options. It was a pleasure to talk with him and I highly recommend him to other customers!
I wish Paul Asani had explained to me in more detail the difference between a "high efficiency" boiler and a standar boiler. It probably would have made a difference in my choice....Keogh who installed the system was informative and evailable.
