I have had HomeServe since the gas company stopped offering service contracts. The company is very responsive. I try my best to get the same 2 technicians. Brian and Jeff are very knowledgeable. I just had them out because my boiler shut itself off two consecutive nights. Jeff came out and diagnosed a problem. He had the part ordered and it was delivered to me in two days. We are on the yearly maintenance plan. Appointment made quickly. Repair person was professional and friendly. and fixed the problem.
