I have had HomeServe since the gas company stopped offering service contracts. The company is very responsive. I try my best to get the same 2 technicians. Brian and Jeff are very knowledgeable. I just had them out because my boiler shut itself off two consecutive nights. Jeff came out and diagnosed a problem. He had the part ordered and it was delivered to me in two days. Gas furnace burner cleanout accomplished. Some rewiring to the electric hot water heater is an improvement. Techs were on time and very professional.
