The representative that came to our home was extremely professional and proficient. We were very relieved after he addressed our issue.
Quick response. Problem identified and solved in short order.
My heat was fine, I was having a routine maintenance. Ended up with no heat for 2 weeks! Was not made a priority after having been with home serve for some 17 yrs or more with a 2 and 3yr old in my home. Purchased a new boiler system thru them. Second one in 8yrs? Give us another try? No thanks!
I had a heat malfunction that was addressed by a HomeServe repair person. It was remediated in both a timely and fully satisfactory fashion.
Excellent service. Job was completed. There was one hitch repair and did not have a step thermostat in the truck. Other than that he got it and everything was done. I am happy with Homeserve
