I originally made a mistake when I filled out the survey!! I said your tech diagnosed no water heater leak!!! Correction, This is what I should have said! Your tech misdiagnosed the leak in the water heater!! We had to pay a plumber to correctly diagnose the water heater leak. Costing us $125.00
Roy was great. He did a thorough HVAC maintenance visit. Explained everything thoroughly and was very professional.
