Overheard the manager mention that many items would be marked down the following day. I inquired about a rug based on his dialogue with a coworker. He responded that I should return the next day as it was a possibility. I drove an hour the next day. At 11:15am, I found Mike and told him I would purchase the carpet even though it was not on sale. During my recent visits, I have been subjected to repeated and unwarranted surveillance by store personnel. Although the store may be experiencing elevated levels of shrink, staff have engaged in conduct that constitutes selective enforcement, discriminatory treatment, and unjustified targeting of me as a customer.
