I cannot recommend this builder one bit. Closed on house July 2018. Our problems started when our dishwasher was installed incorrectly and leaked over 3/4 of the kitchen, and then into the 3rd bedroom. Our “Upgraded 8000.00 kitchen” cabinets (per the cabinet guy-said can be bought at Home Depot) finish was pathetic, and had to come back about 5-6 times (over 9months) still didn’t get it right, we were eventually told by "Mr Ostendorf-Quality Assurance Manager" per an industry building manual it was within acceptable stand... read more
BUYER BEWARE! They need to spend more money on construction management than they do on advertising and model homes. The homes show very well but are poorly built. We have only been in our home for 5 years and these are the problems that we have encountered: Gas Leaks (kitchen and outside BBQ area) All Appliances have needed to be replaced or not working properly Dishwasher stripped from cabinets Trim on outside was never sealed either peeled off exposing rebar and causing rust Service door never sealed and leaked Carriage ... read more
