RecommendedIf you haven’t already, reach out to Megan! Between our kids, dogs, jobs, etc. we were not the most organized during the search for our first home. We recently sold our house with the help of Megan, and the whole process was quick, easy, and painless. She was very prompt and thorough when responding to text messages and emails, and really took the time to get to know us. She made sure we were happy with our listing, had excellent photos, paid close attention to detail, and the result was a very quick sale. Megan recently sold our home for us after our contract expired with another realtor. She brought in a professional home stager who helped us get the property looking it’s absolute best for buyers. Megan was fantastic to work with! She was super helpful and friendly, and always responded quickly with any questions/concerns. She was very patient as we tried to decide if we want to buy a previously loved home or a new home, or build our own. She brought us back to a home we had viewed previously with her fresh perspective, and we decided to make an offer and could not be happier in our new home! She was also very transparent during the closing process and kept us in the loop with any changes. Would recommend 10/10! :)
This is the fourth house we have put on the market, and never have we had a realtor that has done so much to get our home sold. Megan Walters went above and beyond to get our house sold within three months. All this in a time where houses have been on the market for much longer. She brought in a stager, hosted two open houses with a lender, and contacted prospective buyers. She updated us often so we always knew what was going on. Everything went through without a hitch. There is no one I would recommend more.
Megan is such a go-getter and I've loved partnering with her on her listings. She has used me on multiple occasions to stage her client's homes and the priority she puts on making her listings look their very best really pays off.
