We received a call back from one of this agents associates today in regard to a home we were interested in seeing. She refused to show us the home because we had not gotten a pre-approval yet and she didn't want to "waste gas" to show to us. SERIOUSLY?!?

This was actually another agent that our office had referred this buyer to. While telling a customer that we do not want to "waste gas" would not be ok within my office, it is also our company policy that our agents show properties only to clients that have been pre-approved for their financing. This is for the benefit of all parties.
