We had to buy a house sight unseen and it can be quite nerve racking but Shannon was very helpful. She went and saw the houses for us and did video walk throughs so we could get a feel for the houses. She also dealt with having to put in several offers because the market was moving quicker than we could. Would definitely recommend her as a realtor.

We wanted to try to sell our home on our own before listing, but we weren't getting any showings. After about a month, we met with Bubba, we could see right away how knowledgeable he was about the market and he had a clear plan for selling our home. After one day on the market, we had an offer and closed 3 weeks later! He communicated with us throughout the entire process and never missed anything. He did a phenomenal job and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We found Bubba by looking up active realtors on social media in the area of our property. We were really impressed with how he uses social media to market his listings, so we set up a call and ended up listing with him. He was spot on with the listing price and he had two showings before we went live. The best part was that we had a contract within three days and the rest of the transaction was just as smooth! Asked us all the right questions, did great research on options, took the time to show us many homes and areas, eventually finding our dream lake home. Was objective throughout the process and let us decide, didn’t try selling us on any particular home. Good communications through closing process, she’s good at what she does.
