Denise is the hardest working agent out there. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, trustworthy, reliable and has excellent communication skill. We knew it was not going to be easy selling our home while living in another state and Denise made it so much easier, from the professional photo shoot to staging and maintaining our property, she deserves 10 stars. Denise Turgeon is a highly professional realtor. She did an amazing job of selling my historic home in the South Lake Morton area. Her services included professional photography and staging as well as hosting some incredibly well attended open houses. There were potential problems that Denise's expertise helped head off at the pass. She kept a close watch all the way through closing making sure all went well. I'd highly recommend Denise as a top-notch Lakeland realtor.

Ms. Denise was very knowledgable and helpful in every way possible. She placed a temporary sign on our front loan on Sunday afternoon and by the end of the week had sold our house. Incredible and fast work from a very pleasant lady to work with. Denise is a meticulous realtor. She worked with us for over 9 months until we found the right property for us. Needless to say we were very picky. Denise was recommended to us by a friend. She has made the process of finding a house fun. We have some very specific needs, and she has been very patient with us. Our 2 kids have usually accompanied us on the house finding trips, and Denise always provides snacks and water for them which helps their frame of mind hugely! She is a very honest, friendly, hardworking agent. Would absolutely recommend.
