RENTERS BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. Your rent will be 200 dollars more than what was listed. You will pay a $53 service fee just to pay your rent online which is the only option besides a money order next day mailed to their office in another state. Any maintenance issues you have will cheaply fixed and most of the time not even completed correctly. If you are late they will stack late fees on you with no remorse and will not work with you.
