PLEASE do not use the company they are a BS company and do not tell the truth and what they can do to help you get a home loan Do not give them your ssn on the first call they will used with out your permission and by law they should discuss your credit in person with you and give you a copy of it not over the phone and by law they did not even offer me a copy of my credit report i am also filing a report with the ** and posting this on ** not a good company to used i would not want anyone else to be made a fool of like me..... read more

As a branch manager, we have audited the phone call. Our application taker was professional and there was no bad or rude behavior on either side. Mr ****** stated that he was talking to 8 lenders & felt 'jerked' around specifically by Quicken Mortgage currently and wanted to work with someone local. We asked for Mr Yearby's "social & date of birth FOR CREDIT" and he responded with the information and stated that he also wanted us to use his appraisal.
