DON'T refi with this company. Sold my loan within a week. Within a month it has been sold 4 times.
Terrible process, made buying a home something I never want to do again, and this was my first home! Was given to 2 agents due to my agent not replying or being able to provide any guidance or needed information. The communication was the worst part. Had to send agent the same documents over and over again due to them losing my personal information. Also my agent asked me for my account information for my IRA so he could access the information he needed.... unacceptable.
Terrible process, made buying a home something I never want to do again! No communication from my agent, constantly asking for unnecessary information and didn't have the knowledge to answer any of my questions.

I was referred to ** at Homerate Mortgage. I did not think I would qualify for a home. She made it possible. She got all my information before I went to the underwriter. I stayed in underwriting for maybe a week, due to ** being so knowledgeable. Most people have a huge list of wants to come back from the underwriter. I did not. This woman made herself accessible even when she was sick. Truly professional and caring. I highly recommend her.
