My overall buying experience at Homer Skelton Ford of Millington was very good. The team members that worked with me were very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They took the time to explain options and features that were include in the vehicle. I only have a few concerns about my visit. First, I feel the price of the new vehicle could have been discounted a little more to help meet my monthly payment limit. Buying a new car at Homer Skelton Ford of Millington was a great experience. Heather W with internet sales was fantastic and connected me with a great salesman, Ron Wooten. Ron was the best salesman I have ever worked with and made the entire process easy. I was also able to speak with the sales manager, Richard C, and he was very friendly and honest. Overall, this was a pain free experience which is rare when buying a new car. I highly recommend making the drive to Millington to visit their lot and speak with Ron Wooten!
It is clearly evident from my experience with Homer Skelton Ford in Millington that this dealership places customer service at a premium. I described what I needed to my salesman, and he located the perfect vehicle for me. I was completed satisfied with the price, financing and warranty for the vehicle, and Mr. Abston has since followed up with me to ensure I was happy about the purchase and that minor "new car" issues were resolved. It has been a great experience.
