They have lost the stars on reliability and not the quality of the work. Contracting them in early June to replace a fence, bathroom fan and 2 windows it is now late September, original estimate was 2 weeks. When they show up they do fine work. They are constantly not responding to messages. They make appointments and do not show up. They installed the bathroom fan ok, but they left a dime sized hole in ceiling. Matt has been wonderful to our company! All work is done in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. Whenever we have an emergency Matt is Johnny On The Spot! He has been and will be working for our company for a long time. Well, as long as he will put up with me anyway.
The Home Pro Solutions Team is very professional and trustworthy. They do what they say they're going to do and they do it well. Equally important, they will say no if the task is outside their range of services. Just like everyone else, they're going to make mistakes. I had HomePro complete two projects at once. I saved money by not having Lowes or Home Depot doing them AND the work was done perfectly. They gave me a free estimate and were easy to get a hold of the entire time we were planning the job. They were on time, efficient and did great work. I will use them again!

I had Homepro help me get my house ready to sell. They did pretty much any task I had. New bathroom vanity. Painting. New kitchen countertops. New basement floor. Plus, lots of little odd jobs that were no big deal, but out of my skill level. Every job was great, and quick! I was nervous about how long each job might take, but they showed up and got right down to business. Plus, price was very reasonable. I'd recommend without a doubt.
