The inspector arrived late and did not do an adequate job. Had to have a second inspection and now I'm out $400 - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere even if you have to pay more. Our exterminator even found major problems that this guy didn't even mention!

I'm very satisfied with their services. Very thorough and straightforward.
Update: I used this company appropriately 4 months ago. After moving into our home, we found out the inspector Erwin, missed a major part of the inspection now we have foundational problems. Do not use this company if you want a complete inspection for your new home.
