Another scam well established by the very same bankers. Don’t call them. Le están diciendo que no cobrarán pero sí usando tú información, la venden a otros estafadores como ellos. ALERTA A TODO AL QUE PUEDAS.

Called them three times under the assumption that I was simply unlucky to get idiots on the phone. This is not a helpful or useful service. While it appears under the Fannie Mae website and banner, they will refer you back to fannie mae. Rude and uninterested in your particular circumstance, my guess is that every phone call is reported as a client in return for continued funding. Thankfully my own mortgage is fine. Housing counceling agencies are owned by tge banks. They are collecting tax paid grants, settlements grants paid by the banks for misconduct, and they are getting back every cent through noneffective founceling agencies. Looking at foreclosures since 2006 to today, 2016, nothing is changing. You will get no help, no services, no access to legal services, no home preservation at all.
