Very unprofessional. Zero knowledgeable in what they're supposed to be doing.
Be very wary of using this agency. We worked with Slava Ryzhikov to secure our rental and found him to be shady, unreliable and incredibly dishonest. At the time of closing we had noticed our carpets had not been professionally cleaned as we had agreed upon in the lease agreement. Instead of rectifying right away he tried gaslighting saying we never asked for that. When we showed him the document that said the carpets would be professionally cleaned he said we should have mentioned “with chemicals” and not simply vacuumed. H... read more
