Beware of this brokerage. Had a deal accepted by one of their agents, and couldn't get ahold of them for DAYS afterwards. Then they tried to pretend they don't know who I am and the deal never existed, giving the property to someone else so they could double end the deal. Cost me thousands in moving fees, and left me without a place Now having to put my stuff in a storage unit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very unprofessional, very dishonest.
Trying to reach the brockerge and realtor from last three days .as my client liked one of there listed property at graymar road, Brampton, Wanted to discuss some points before sending offers .realtor's direct contact number no where available. Office s voicemail is unable to record more voice messages and no body picking up phone .no wonder this perfect listing in staying in market for so long .
