I would caution anyone to be aware that should any problem arise with your project, do not expect Kris or Angie to fix it. We had a major (over $4000.) landscaping project last fall to re- grade and re-seed about 2600 sq. ft. of our lawn after we had several large trees removed. The majority of the job was done OK but they shortchanged us on the cheapest part of the deal by using an inferior grass seed. Kris did a beautiful job completely renovating our master bath. I wanted a shower where the bathtub was and a linen closet built in where the original shower was. My master bath looks so great. I love it! He also completely redid my powder room and is getting ready to completely redo my hall bath. He also replaced my roof and did a great job landscaping my front yard. I thought his prices were reasonable and plan to use him for other projects around my house.
Kris and Angie were extremely helpful in explaining the entire project to us. They had their crew measure and replace two windows in the basement, constructed new mountings , repaired drywall and painted. The whole job looks great. The work crew was always polite, on time and did a very professional job. Good value for the cost of the job.
I am SO IMPRESSED with the landscaping services that Kris, Angie, and their team recently provided to our family. They did a general yard cleanup, including edging, mulching, weeding, and trimming bushes, as well as installing a very practical set of stairs on a small slope. The work was subpar and they did not finish the job. Claimed some kind of personal issue, as to why they left early on the 3rd day and never returned. They billed me for the scope of the job, $4,800, except for $600. And Im having to hire another Land care company to correct their deficiencies and finish the work. This is costing me just over $1100.
They did great job.
Homeland Services has done several projects for me over the past year. They cut my grass weekly, always doing a professional job at a fair price that includes trimming. The employees are alert, efficient, and friendly. While mowing, one employee noticed a nest of bunnies in my yard and took steps to keep them safe. Great customer service, both owners and crew are a great team and explained the process every step of the way. We had several modifications to the initial request and Kris and his team were flexible and more than happy to accommodate our requests. We will definitely work with Kris and his team again.
